Refund policy

What if my order arrives broken?

Whilst we do all we can to ensure your items are packaged carefully, we understand that accidents can happen during the shipping process. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or broken, please promptly email vyakhyaceramics@gmail.com. It is important you include clear pictures showing the breakages as well as the condition of the packaging it was sent in.

Once a confirmation email is sent back to you, you will receive a return shipping label and your piece will be remade and replaced.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Since Vyakhya Ceramics items are handcrafted and limited edition, returns and refunds for change of mind are not accepted.
